Terms & Conditions
1. General
DBooks AB (559333-0672) sells Books, games/toys, Stationeries etc within
Sweden.
Orders accepted only via www.dbooks.se, you can place orders
either as a Guest or Registered customer. In order for you to feel secure in
your purchase, you are always welcome to contact our customer service if you
have questions about your order.
Once the order is placed online we request you to monitor
your inbox as all communication regarding your order takes place via email.
DBooks reserves the right to cancel an order if there are special reasons.
DBooks reserves the right to make final sales, delays, technical problems,
advance of the release date and incorrect item information.
2. Prices and payment
The prices of our goods are stated in Swedish kronor
including VAT. VAT rates were classified as per Swedish Tax Agency.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Not to worry the price that was shown at the time of placing your order is what
applies regardless of whether there is any change in price later.
DBooks collaborates with Payson AB for better payment solutions, while checkout as a
customer you will be provided with alternative payment methods like Invoice, Pay By Card, etc. Visa/Mastercard will be accepted to make
payment in checkout page. Order confirmation will be sent out to the registered
email after successful payment.
DBooks reserves the right to cancel your order if there are
problems with the payment.
3. Shipping Method
Flat shipping rate 50kr will be charged for all orders.
Packages less than 2kg will be delivered at your doorstep
Packages above 2kg and more will be delivered to nearest
service point to collect. Service point details will be communicated by our
logistic partners.
Valid ID has to be shown while collecting your package at
Service point.
Packages uncollected will be charged extra based on the costs
for shipping, administration and handling charges.
4. Deliveries
All orders placed with us will be delivered within 3 to 4
days.
Orders will be delivered during weekdays only.
No delivery on weekends unless the order is expected to be
collected in Service point.
No delivery on Public holidays & Red days.
Delay due to weather conditions and uncertain situation
(like War, Fire, Natural disaster, Strike) will be communicated to the
customers.
Digital books are delivered directly and are available for
download in the Digital Library, which you will find under your Account. You
have the opportunity to download these as long as DBooks has access to the
files from the provider. We recommend that you always download a backup of all
digital books, as they may be removed from the range or for some other reason
disappear from the website.
We do our best to deliver as soon as possible, but sometimes
delays can occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery until a certain day
and always reserve ourselves for delays. We reserve the right to cancel your
order if there are problems with deliveries to us or problems with payment.
5. Cancellation
Items that can be ordered are items that are in stock with
us. If an item runs out with us it will be canceled from your order and will
not be delivered. In case of cancellation, information will be sent to you via
email and the refund will be paid back to the same account used by the customer
while placing the order.
6. Right of
withdrawal and return
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal
(calculated from the time you received the product) according to the law on
distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.
If you want to invoke your right of withdrawal, you must
notify us, contact us or use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form.
Digital books / EBooks, Gift cards & the goods which
were already been consumed are exempted and cannot be returned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to defective or
faulty goods as it will be treated as a complaint.
If you return an unused item with any associated labels and
packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded. If the quality of
the product has been affected as a result of you as a customer having handled
it more than is necessary to examine its properties or functions, a deduction
on the refund corresponding to the product's depreciation may be made.
You pay for the return yourself by paying directly to the
agent according to shipping company you choose. Put the item in its original
packaging if available. Always keep a receipt and shipment number of the order until
the return is received by us.
If you need to exchange your item for another, return
according to our return terms and then order the item you want instead.
7. Refund
If any order has been cancelled, Refunds will be made
without any delay (within five working days) & for the items which is been
returned.
Refund will be initiated to the same account used to pay
while placing the order else we will contact you and work out on the payment
method.
8. Complaint
As a Customer you have the right to complaint if the
delivered good is of defective or damaged. You must check the package
immediately once delivered. We will not cover the defects caused by normal wear
and tear. Complaints can be made through email to support@dbooks.se, attach the photos and
provide detailed information about the defect. We will resolve the complaint as
soon as possible once the complaint is received. Once the complaint is accepted
then we will create a return request to send the defective package to us or
compensate or cancel the order and refund.
9. Gift card
Gift cards can be purchased on www.dbooks.se and are valid only to purchase with us in our online store. When a gift card has expired, it cannot be renewed. You cannot purchase Gift cards using gift card.
10. Personal data
It is important to us that you feel safe as a customer when

If you ordered for another recipient without their
knowledge, we may disclose your first name and last name so that the recipient
will feel confident in picking up the order.
